Ashley Richardson's strategic management career has spanned six continents and includes years of building key relationships with Fortune 500 companies throughout the rapidly growing green and natural products industries. For five years she lived in India where she helped to coordinate several major fundraising operations that provided medical and social aid for the poor on a massive scale. In addition she also facilitated a global peace and religious freedom forum with over one million in attendance inclusive of representation from over 97 countries.

Upon her return to the United States she joined Irwin Naturals, first as National Sales Manager and later as Vice President of International Sales during a crucial period of the company's rapid growth. Following her successes at Irwin Naturals Ashley went on to join BeON Holdings as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Her experience in both positions included managing sales and marketing teams and aiding in the establishment of new product lines and branding strategies. In addition she played a crucial role in expansion and business development strategies that helped to significantly grow both companies by developing and maintaining relationships with major Fortune 500 accounts both domestically and abroad. She has also managed campaigns using viral multimedia experiences to educate consumers on the breadth and depth of product understanding.

She joined Cucoloris as the Marketing Director and is currently managing several of the company's special products with particular focus on a vast Chicago urban renewal project known as Edubari.
