Michael Pemberton opened London’s Voodoo Lounge with the Rolling Stones in 1998. He led all aspects of the business from conception through two years of design and build (and negotiations with the band) to opening and running the operation.
In 2000 Michael sold Voodoo Lounge and moved to Los Angeles to join Cucoloris to run new business ventures. One project was a multimedia concept called ‘The Superdudes’ which successfully sold recently to Intermix Media, owner of MySpace.
Subsequently Michael launched himself as an environmental artist. His show ‘Toxic’, comprised 20 large scale paintings exploring the ironic abstract ‘beauty’ of pollution. The exhibit opened in Mayfair, London in May 2006 and sold out on the opening night.
